Biography

Rosa Maria is an organizationally and administratively minded first-generation professional with an aped focus on executing community and business ordeals in higher education. She is highly effective at leading teams to complete, create, and improve policies, events, and systems. Rosa Maria also has a proven ability to communicate, promote, and market professional programs to optimize fundraising and advocacy awareness. She enjoys having the opportunity to work directly with immigrant communities, supporting health and safety trainings, and doing communications work at LOHP. She strives to create equitable workspaces, promote universal basic needs, and support POC career pathway finding in higher education.
