Nail Salon Health and Safety Guide

A joint project of the California Healthy Nail Salon Collaborative (CHNSC) and the Labor Occupational Health Program (LOHP) at the University of California at Berkeley.

This booklet teaches nail salon workers how to protect themselves from chemicals used in nail salons. Workers will learn to prevent aches and pains and to avoid contact with infected blood or bodily fluids. This booklet also explains the rights of nail salon workers.

Let’s Talk About Health and Safety (English) (Vietnamese) is a set of flashcards that allows workers to practice speaking in English in response to difficult health and safety situations.
