For workers involved in hazardous waste operations – 24-hour and 8-hour HAZWOPER classes are offered in English. These classes are held at the University of California’s Richmond Field Station in Richmond, CA and are held virtually via Zoom. Pre‑registration is required. You may pay by check through our UC Invoice system. *For UC-Affiliated Participants, an Intercampus Financial Transaction will have to occur.

Additional 24-hour Hazardous Waste Operations classes and other 8-hour Refresher classes in English and Spanish will be scheduled according to demand (minimum 12 participants). These classes can be scheduled at a convenient time, date, and location for your group.
