LOHP’s mission— to build the capacity of workers and worker organizations to take action for improved working conditions —is more critical now than ever before. We work with a range of partners including unions, worker centers and community organizations, agencies, employer groups, policy makers, and academics.
Our impact report reflects on key milestones in our 50-year history (for example being among the first to develop Spanish language training and low-literacy materials for unions) and lays out a vision for how workers can lead on health and safety.
